Help for Member Theatres

Managing Directors-

If you are a Managing Director and are logging in for the first time, use your managing director ID in the username and password fields. Once you log on you can customize your username and password as well as create and administrate individual accounts for your staff members. Member Theatre Staff-

If you are a Theatre Staff Member at a TCG member theatre, your managing director can set up your account (see instructions above). If you require additional assistance please call customer service at 212-609-5900 x370 or contact us by email at custserv@tcg.org. Due to the sensitive financial information located on the website, customer service will not give out managing director login information over the phone. Instead it will be emailed directly to your managing director.

Help for Individual Members/American Theatre Subscribers:

Individual Membership includes discounts on books and ARTSEARCH in addition to a members-only bulletin board. Contact Customer Service at 212-609-5900 x370 or by email at custserv@tcg.org to receive your username and password.

Help for ARTSEARCH Subscribers:

If you are an ARTSEARCH subscriber and want to access job listings, go back to the home page and use the ARTSEARCH login located in the upper left hand corner.
